The Best Way To Get Started
The start of a new year is the perfect time to get into new habits, the right things to do for your business.
This year I am working with the 90-90-1 method.
I tried this a few years back and it was honestly the best way to to cement new habits, stick to the commitments made to yourself, and propel yourself forward.
Here's how it works; you focus on ONE thing for 90 minutes a day, every day for 90 days.
You can do that up to four times in a year to focus on up to four areas of your business, or you can carry on with one area and really knuckle down in that area alone.
It could be a new project or a new service you want to offer, blogging or creating content - anything works!
Using this method means you are hyper focused for short bursts of time which can slot in around other tasks, and it also means that you have invested on average 45 HOURS A MONTH into building something towards where you want your business to be.
You can even give yourself small rewards every day for a little dopamine hit, and you can have the satisfaction that you're on the right path!
