How To Organise Your Clients and Customers!

With lots of clients, potential clients, past clients .. how do you possibly keep track of them all??

As a small business, part of your marketing activities should definitely be maintaining your current clients and customers, but you should also be chasing up those people who may have shown an interest, and those who you haven't heart from in a while.

It seems to be a trend for everyone on TikTok videos and reels to go chasing after new customers all the time BUT you already have people who love what you do, and I can guarantee you aren't spending as much time on them as you are trying to entice new people. It's a balance, and one that needs to be given your attention!

As for the people who have shown interest but not turned into paying customers yet, those are the ones who strike fear in your hearts - I mean you will actually have to chase up those people at some point, and this is ALWAYS and without exception the part that my coaching clients hate the most - but it does need doing! Doesn't need to be pestering, doesn't need to be pushy, but it does need to happen - but that's a conversation for another time....

So how do you manage all of your client information? It needs to be safe and secure, easily accessible and well organised NOT on sticky notes and scraps of paper, or shoved in a file you never look in.

I have been using a CRM (Customer Relations Management) tool called, aptly, Less Annoying CRM (or LACRM for short) for the last 6 years and it has never failed me.

It's super easy to use, not too techy, I can make my own categories, to do lists, organise work into daily tasks etc and there are tonnes more features too.

You can access it from your PC, laptop and mobile, it has email facility so you can bulk email, collaborate with a team and add members to it and lots more.
